RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $49,500, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE 2019 WEST 5TH STREET PARKING RAMP AND
COMMERCIAL STREET PARKING RAMP REPAIRS, AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT..
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated February 25, 2019, in the amount of $49,500,
with AECOM Technical Services, in conjunction with the 2019 West 5th Street Parking Ramp
and Commercial Street Parking Ramp Repairs, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized
and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
