RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY PETERSON CONTRACTORS,
INC., OF REINBECK, IOWA, AT A TOTAL COST OF
$964,105.79, FOR THE FY 2017 SITE GRADING FOR
NORTHEAST INDUSTRIAL PARK, CONTRACT NO. 926,
AND RECEIVE AND FILE A TWO-YEAR MAINTENANCE
B OND.
WHEREAS, Peterson Contractors, Inc., of Reinbeck, Iowa, performed work in
conjunction with the FY 2017 Site Grading for Northeast Industrial Park, Contract No. 926, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Peterson Contractors, Inc. has completed the aforementioned project in
accordance with the project pians and specifications at a total cost of $964,105.79.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance
for work performed by Peterson Contractors, Inc., at a total cost of $964,105.79, in conjunction
with the FY 2017 Site Grading for Northeast Industrial Park, Contract No. 926, are hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of February 2019.
