The Work performed under this Contract has been reviewed and found, to the Architect's best knowledge, information and belief, to be
substantially complete. Substantial Completion is the stage in the progress of the Work when the Work or designated portion is sufficiently
complete in accordance with the Contract Documents so that the Owner can occupy or utilize the Work for its intended use. The date of
Substantial Completion of the Project or portion designated above is the date of issuance established by this Certificate, which is also the
date of commencement of applicable warranties required by the Contract Documents, except as stated below:

payment.

The responsibilities of the Owner and Contractor for security, maintenance, heat, utilities, damage to the Work and insurance shall be as

This punchlist indicates observed items to be corrected or completed in compliance with the Construction Documents. This list is not all-inclusive and does
not alleviate the Contractor from correcting and completing items which may have been overlooked and which are required to provide a complete building.
Please proceed immediately as specified in the Construction Documents to fully complete the work and correct the items listed. Please indicate by placing
your initials in the "corrected" column after each item that has been completed and forward a copy of the initialed list to us. We wit then arrange for a final
review for acceptance of the work.

Touch up walls, marks and paint — some areas are
marked with blue tape, instances are typically not noted
separately on the specific punch list items.
All Wall and Floor Tile:
There are many sports of where grout is missing. This
includes many grout voids in the accents tile, as well as
inconsistent grout depth at the large wall tile grout. Fill
all voids and provide consistent joints. Replace tiles that,
are obviously installed out of plane.
Clean grout.
Thoroughly all wall and floor tile of any contamination
including grout residue and dirty or hard water residue
in all tiled rooms
Clean all stainless steel sinks.
Clean all Faucets, Toilet Valves
Clean all Schluter trim off grout
Acid Clean Floor and Brick Base
Install floor tile at old water supply location
Install grommets in desk, coordinate exact location with
owner
Add missing light above desk
Adjust light track to be perfectly level
Can something be done so curvature is more continuous at
track splices? It would have been better to get 12' lengths of
track to minimize splices.
