RESOLUTION NO. 2019-121
RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF BID TO RYDELL
CHEVROLET OF INDEPENDENCE, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT
OF $21,307, FOR THE PURCHASE OF A 2019 SEVEN
PASSENGER FWD MINIVAN FOR THE MOTOR POOL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the
bid of Rydell Chevrolet of Independence, Iowa, for the purchase a 2019 Seven Passenger FWD
minivan for the Motor Pool, in the amount of $21,307, per specifications as approved by Resolution
No. 2019-119, after public hearing on March 4, 2019, on published notice required by law, is
hereby accepted and awarded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of March 2019.
