RESOLUTION NO. 2019-124
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFJCATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF A 2019
EXTENDED CAB 4 X 4 SHORT BOX PICKUP TRUCK FOR
THE SANITATION DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Public Works Manager of said city to prepare and file, specifications, bid document, etc., in
conjunction with the purchase of a 2019 Extended cab 4 X 4 short box pickup truck for the
Sanitation Department; and
WHEREAS, said Public Works Manager did file said specifications, bid documents, etc.,
in conjunction with the purchase of 2019 Extended cab 4 X 4 short box pickup truck for the
Sanitation Department, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 4, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, etc., in conjunction with the
purchase of a 2019 Extended cab 4 X 4 short box pickup truck for the Sanitation Department, are
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of March 2019.
