RESOLUTION NO. 2019-128
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY FAILOR HURLEY
CONSTRUCTION OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AT A TOTAL
COST OF $369,832, IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE WATERLOO CENTER FOR THE ARTS 2018
RESTROOM RENOVATION PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZE
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, Failor Hurley Construction of Waterloo, Iowa, performed work in
conjunction with the Waterloo Center for the Arts 2018 Restroom Renovation Project, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Failor Hurley Construction has completed the aforementioned project in
accordance with the project plans and specifications at a total cost of $369,832.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance of
Work for work performed by Failor Hurley Construction, at a total cost of $369,832, in
conjunction with the Waterloo Center for the Arts 2018 Restroom Renovation Project, are hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of March 2019.
