RESOLUTION NO. 2019-130
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 3 WITH
AECOM, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $82,500, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE DRY RUN CREEK
INTERCEPTOR, CONTRACT NO. 877, AND AUTHORIZE
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Supplemental Professional Services Agreement No. 3 dated March 4, 2019, between
AECOM Technical Services, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the
amount of $82,500, in conjunction with preliminary and final design of enhancements, for the
University Avenue Dry Run Creek Interceptor, Contract No. 877, is hereby approved and the
Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of March 2019.
