RESOLUTION NO. 2019-136
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, ETC. AND SETTING
DATE OF BID OPENING AS APRIL 4, 2019, AND DATE OF
PUBLIC HEARING AS APRIL 8, 2019, FOR FY 2019 WWTP &
LIFT STATIONS MOWING, AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK
TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, bid documents, etc. in conjunction
with the FY 2019 WWTP & Lift Stations Mowing, be approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening in conjunction with the FY 2019 WWTP & Lift Stations
Mowing, be scheduled for April 4, 2019 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 8th day of April 2019,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon the FY 2019 WWTP & Lift Stations Mowing.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing and bid opening in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of March 2019.
