RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
MARCH 25, 2019 TO APPROVE THE REQUEST BY A -LINE
ALO, LLC OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR A SITE PLAN
AMENDMENT TO THE "M -2,P" PLANNED INDUSTRIAL
DISTRICT TO ALLOW FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A
12,800 SQUARE FOOT AIRPORT HANGAR, LOCATED
SOUTHWEST OF 2814 BETSWORTH DRIVE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 25th day of March
2019, for the purpose of considering and acting upon the request by A -Line ALO, LLC of
Waterloo, Iowa, for a site plan amendment to the "M -2,P" Planned Industrial District to allow
for the construction of a 12,800 square foot airport hangar, located southwest of 2814 Betsworth
Drive.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of March 2019.
