RESOLUTION NO. 2019-138
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC.
AND SETTING DATE OF BID OPENING AS MARCH 28, 2019
AND DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS APRIL 1, 2019, FOR
THE FY 2019 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM,
CONTRACT 965, AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH
SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in conjunction
with the FY 2019 Street Reconstruction Program, Contract 965, be approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening in conjunction with the FY 2019 Street Reconstruction
Program, Contract 965, be scheduled for March 28, 2019 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 1st day of April 2019,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon the FY 2019 Street Reconstruction Program,
Contract 965.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing and bid opening in the Waterloo Courier.
