RESOLUTION NO. 2019-139
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH STANLEY CONSULTANTS, INC., OF
DES MOINES, IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$210,600, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE DELANE AVENUE
DETENTION BASIN DESIGN, AND AUTHORIZE THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated March 11, 2019, between Stanley Consultants,
Inc. of Des Moines, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for engineering and consulting
services in conjunction with the Delane Avenue Detention Basin Design, in an amount not to
exceed. $210,600, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the
same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of March 2019.
