RESOLUTION NO. 2019-140
RESOLUTION APPROVING ADDENDUM NO. 2 TO THE
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH ROBINSON
ENGINEERING COMPANY OF INDEPENDENCE, IOWA, IN
AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $2,300, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE WESTDALE SUBDIVISION SWALE
PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that Addendum No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement, dated March 11, 2019 between
Robinson Engineering Company of Independence, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa in
conjunction with the Westdale Subdivision Swale Project, in an amount not to exceed $2,300, is
hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of October 2018.
