RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF BID TO CEDAR
RAPIDS TRUCK CENTER, INC. OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA
FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) AUTOMATED SIDE -LOAD
GARBAGE TRUCK IN THE AMOUNT.OF $237,790.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the bid of Cedar Rapids Truck Center, Inc. of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, for the purchase of one
(1) automated side -load garbage truck in the amount of $237,790, as approved by Resolution No.
2019-122, after public hearing on March 4, 2019, on published notice required by law, is hereby
accepted and awarded
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of March 2019.
