Members present: Jones, Schmitt, Cole.
Moved by Schmitt, seconded by Cole that the Agenda, as amended changing the expiration date
to November 1, 2013, be approved. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
Moved by Cole, seconded by Schmitt that Mayor Clark's recommendation of the following
appointment, be approved:

Mr. Schmitt asked that the expiration date coincide with the existing members expiration dates.
Mr. Jones said he will take the suggestion into consideration for future appointments.
Ayes: Two. Mr. Schmitt did not vote. Motion carried.
With no further business before the Council, it was moved by Cole, seconded by Schmitt that the
meeting be adjourned at 4:51 p.m. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
