RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH CJE PROPERTIES AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated May 17, 2010, to acquire and
move six homes as part of the Highway 63 Expansion Project
generally located at 1707 Logan Avenue, 1711 Logan Avenue, 1745
Logan Avenue, 1302 Logan Avenue, 1353 Logan Avenue and 1252 Logan
Avenue, and for the sale and conveyance of seven city -owned lots
for the placement of the six homes at 528 N. Barkley Street, 701
Cottage Street, 700 Cottage Street, 300 Cottage Street, 738
Mobile Street, 1203 Beech Street and 807 Beech Street for $1.00
each for a total of $6.00, by and between CJE Properties of Iowa
City, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of May, 2010.
