TO: Pirc-Tobin Construction, Inc. Contractor
You are hereby ordered to make the following changes from the plans and specifications or
perform the following extra work on your contract dated August 6, 2018.
A. Description of change to be made or extra work to be done:
1. Provide, install, operate and maintain additional dewatering equipment, labor and materials to
lower the groundwater at the bored sewer crossing area under US Highway 63 (Sergeant Road) as
necessary to complete this bored and cased crossing and subsequently remove said equipment and
materials and restore the disturbed area to pre -construction conditions.
B. Reason for ordering change or extra work:
1. Excessive rainfall and flooding raised the groundwater level for an extended period.
C. Settlement for cost of work to be made as follows:
1. A lump sum of
