RESOLUTION NO. 2012-134
RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH IOWA COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION, F/K/A WATEL
CREDIT UNION, AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated February 13, 2012, for the
sale and conveyance of city -owned property generally located at
the northwest corner of Jefferson Street and West Mullan Avenue
for $1.00, for the construction of a new 2,500 square foot bank
building with a minimum taxable value of $450,000.00, by and
between Iowa Community Credit Union, f/k/a Watel Credit Union,
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th daycif February, 2012.
