RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCE TO THE
REQUIREMENTS OF THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE IN
SECTION 2.3(1) FINAL PLAT SUBMITTAL, SECTION
5.1(2) PRELIMINARY PLAT REQUIREMENTS AND
SECTION 5.2(3) FINAL PLAT REQUIREMENTS, FOR
PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT OF WATERLOO RX
FIRST AND FRANKLIN SUBDIVISION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the variance to the requirements of the Subdivision
Ordinance in Section 2.3(1) Final Plat Submittal, Section 5.1(2)
Preliminary Plat Requirements and Section 5.2(3) Final Plat
Requirements, for Preliminary and Final Plat of Waterloo Rx First
and Franklin Subdivision, for the purpose of creating a 4 -lot
commercial subdivision at the northeast corner of Highway 63 and
Franklin Street.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of February, 2012.
