RESOLUTION NO. 2012-173
RESOLUTION APPROVING RIGHT-OF-WAY LICENSE
AGREEMENT WITH THE MUNICIPAL COMMUNICATIONS
UTILITY OF THE CITY OF CEDAR FALLS, IOWA AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Right -of -Way License Agreement dated February 20, 2012,
to utilize public right-of-way for the installation, operation
and maintenance of approximately 4,475 linear feet of fiber optic
network, by and between The Municipal Communications Utilities of
the City of Cedar Falls, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of February, 2012.
