RESOLUTION NO. 2019-154
RESOLUTION ADOPTING AN UPDATED CITY OF
WA 1']RLOO EMPLOYEE DISCIPLINARY POLICY.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo maintains an Employee Disciplinary Policy, and
WHEREAS, the City Council last approved the policy on November 22, 1996 and it has
received minor modifications since that date, and
WHEREAS, the updated policy addresses council concerns regarding city employees
receiving tickets for traffic or moving violations while driving city vehicles.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the updated City of Waterloo Employee Disciplinary Policy is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of March 2019.
