RESOLUTION APPROVING REAL ESTATE PURCHASE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN FANNIE MAE AND THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR THE ACQUISITION OF A SINGLE
FAMILY HOME LOCATED AT 242 HOGLE STREET, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $36,900 PLUS UP TO $5,000 IN CLOSING
COSTS, TO ALLOW FOR COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT,
AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the Real Estate Purchase Agreement dated March 18, 2019, between Fannie Mae and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, for property legally described as follows:
LAKESIDE ADDITION LOTS 2 & 3 BLOCK 7 .
for the acquisition of a single family home located at 242 Hogle Street, in the amount of $36,900,
plus up to $5,000 in closing costs, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
