RESOLUTION NO. 2012-198
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH HELLMAN
ASSOCIATES, INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated February 27, 2012, in the amount of
$12,000.00, to provide services as part of Phase I of a Marketing
and Public Relations Plan for the Cedar Valley SportsPlex, by and
between Hellman Associates, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of February, 2012.
