RESOLUTION NO. 2019-162
RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT,
ETC., SETTING DATE OF BID OPENING AS APRIL 11, 2019 AND
DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS APRIL 15, 2019, FOR THE
PURCHASE OF ONE (1) TRAILER MOUNTED SPRAY INJECTION
ROAD REPAIR MACHINE, AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Sectionl. That the preliminary specifications, bid document, etc., in conjunction with the
purchase of one (1) trailer mounted spray injection road repair machine, are approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the purchase of one (1) trailer
mounted spray injection road repair machine, be scheduled for April 11, 2019 at 1:00 p.m., City
Hall, Waterloo, Iowa
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 15th day of April 2019, to
hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the purchase of one (1) trailer mounted spray injection
road repair machine.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of March 2019.
