RESOLUTION NO. 2019-164
RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT,
ETC., SETTING DATE OF BID OPENING AS APRIL 18, 2019 AND
DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS APRIL 22, 2019, FOR THE
PURCHASE OF ONE (1) NEW CURRENT YEAR SKID -STEER
LOADER FOR PUBLIC WORKS DIVISION, AND AUTHORIZE CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Sectionl. That the preliminary specifications, bid document, etc., in conjunction with the
purchase of one (1) new current year Skid -Steer Loader for Public Works Division, are approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the purchase of one (1) new current
year Skid -Steer Loader for Public Works Division, be scheduled April 18, 2019 at 1:00 p.m.,
City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 22nd day of April 2019, to
hold a public hearing, in conjunction with purchase of one (1) new current year Skid -Steer
Loader for Public Works Division.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of March 2019.
