RESOLUTION NO. 2019-168
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., SETTING
DATE OF BID OPENING AS APRIL 11, 2019 AND DATE OF
PUBLIC HEARING AS APRIL 15, 2019, FOR THE FY 2019
SIDEWALK & TRAIL REPAIR PROGRAM - ZONE 9,
CONTRACT NO. 969, AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the FY 2019 Sidewalk & Trail Repair Program - Zone 9, Contract No. 969, be
approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening in conjunction with the FY 2019 Sidewalk & Trail
Repair Program - Zone 9, Contract No. 969, be scheduled for April 4, 2019 at 1:00 p.m., City
Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 8th day of April 2019,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon the FY 2019 Sidewalk & Trail Repair Program -
Zone 9, Contract No. 969.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing and bid opening in the Waterloo Courier.
