RESOLUTION NO. 2019-169
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 19/20 COMPLAINT MOWING
WITH COMPLAINT SNOW REMOVAL CONTRACT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
City Attorney of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the FY 19/20 Complaint Mowing with Complaint Snow Removal Contract, and
WHEREAS, said City Attorney did file said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the FY 19/20 Complaint Mowing with Complaint Snow Removal Contract, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 25, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY
19/20 Complaint Mowing with Complaint Snow Removal Contract, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of March 2019.
