RESOLUTION NO. 2019-171
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING WITH INRCOG FOR THE WRITING,
PREPARATION, AND SUBMITTAL OF THE IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION R.I.S.E. GRANT FOR
IMPROVEMENTS ON NEWELL STREET, AND AUTHORIZE
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Understanding dated March 25, 2019, between INRCOG and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed, $2,000, for grant writing services related to the
writing, preparation, and submittal of the Iowa Department of Transportation R.I.S.E grant for
improvements on Newell Street, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized
and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of March 2019.
