RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
SILVER EAGLE HARLEY DAVIDSON FOR TWO (2)
HARLEY DAVIDSON POLICE MOTORCYCLES FOR A
TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD AT A COST OF $166.67 PER
MOTORCYCLE, PER MONTH, FOR A TOTAL AMOUNT OF
$4000, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Lease Agreement dated March 25, 2019, between. Silver Eagle Harley Davidson and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, for two (2) Harley Davidson Police Motorcycles for a 12 month period at
a cost of $166.67 per motorcycle per month for a total amount of $4,000.00, is hereby approved
and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
