RESOLUTION NO. 2019-177
RESOLUTION SETTING THE DALE FOR A PUBLIC
HEARING AS APRIL 15, 2019 TO REVIEW THE PROPOSED
FUNDING RECOMMENDATION SET FORTH BY THE
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BOARD FOR THE FY2020
ONE-YEAR ACTION PLAN AND REVIEW THE
CONSOLIDATED FIVE-YEAR FY20-24 PLAN FOR CDBG
AND HOME PROGRAM FUNDS FOR THE
WATERLOO/CEDAR FALLS CONSORTIUM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet in the Council
Chambers in the City Hall, City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 15th day of April, 2019,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon proposed funding recommendations set forth by
the Community Development Board, for the FY 2020 One -Year Action Plan and review the
Consolidated Five -Year FY20-24 Plan for CDBG and HOME Program Funds for the
Waterloo/Cedar Falls Consortirim.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this lst day of April 2019.
