RESOLUTION NO. 2019-179
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT ETC., SETTING
DATE OF BID OPENING AS APRIL 25, 2019, AND PUBLIC
HEARING AS APRIL 29, 2019, FOR THE FY 2020
COMPLAINT MOWING WITH COMPLAINT SNOW
REMOVAL CONTRACT, AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the FY 2020 Complaint Mowing with Complaint Snow Removal contract, be
approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening in conjunction with the FY 2020 Complaint Mowing
with Complaint Snow Removal contract, be scheduled for April 25, 2019 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall,
Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 29th day of April, 2019,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon the FY 2020 Complaint Mowing with Complaint
Snow Removal contract.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing and bid opening in the Waterloo Courier.
