RESOLUTION NO. 2019-182
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN-
CONJUNCTION
NCONJUNCTION WITH THE FIRE STATION NO. 1 ROOF
REPLACEMENT PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Leisure Services Director of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc. in conjunction with the Fire Station No. 1 Roof Replacement Project, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. in conjunction with the Fire Station No. 1 Roof Replacement Project, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 1, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the Fire
Station No. 1 Roof Replacement Project, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this lst day of April 2019.
