RESOLUTION NO. 2019-183
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FIRE STATION NO. 1 ROOF
REPLACEMENT PROJECT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2019-182, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. for
the Fire Station No. 1 Roof Replacement Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been
approved and adopted by this Council after a public hearing as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said proposal proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1St day of April 2019.
