RESOLUTION NO. 2019-188
RESOLUTION APPROVING A FIVE (5) YEAR EQUIPMENT
USE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE WATERLOO REGIONAL
AIRPORT AND LIVINGSTON AVIATION, INC., FOR THE
PERIODIC USE OF AIRPORT -OWNED GROUND SUPPORT
EQUIPMENT, FOR LIVINGSTON AVIATION TO
ACCOMMODATE LARGE AIRCRAFT CHARTERS, AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the five (5) year Equipment Use Agreement between the Waterloo Regional Airport and
Livingston Aviation, Inc., for the periodic use of airport -owned ground support equipment, for
Livingston Aviation to accommodate large aircraft charters, is hereby approved and the Mayor
and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of
Waterloo.
