RESOLUTION NO. 2019-189
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 3, TO A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
AECOM, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $889,000, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2019 UNIVERSITY AVENUE
RECONSTRUCTION - PHASE 2 (MIDWAY DRIVE TO
GREENHILL ROAD), CONTRACT NO. 934, AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 3, to a Professional Services Agreement with AECOM, in an
amount not to exceed $889,000, in conjunction with the FY 2019 University Avenue
Reconstruction - Phase 2 (Midway Drive to Greenhill Road), Contract No. 934, is hereby
approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the
City of Waterloo.
