RESOLUTION NO. 2019-191
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH ROBINSON ENGINEERING COMPANY
OF INDEPENDENCE, IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO
EXCEED $23,920, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
PREPARATION OF THE STATE REVOLVING FUND (SRF)
SPONSORED PROJECT APPLICATIONS, AND AUTHORIZE
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement with Robinson Engineering Company of Independence,
Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $23,920, in conjunction with the preparation of the State
Revolving Fund (SRF) Sponsored Project applications, is hereby approved and the Mayor and
City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of
Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of April 2019.
