RESOLUTION NO. 2019-193
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH TERRACON CONSULTANTS, INC. OF
CEDAR FALLS, IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$7,700, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE BIO -SOLIDS
MODIFICATION PROJECT FOR GEOTECHNICAL (SOIL
BORING) SERVICES, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement with Terracon Consultants, Inc. of Cedar Falls, Iowa, in
an amount not to exceed $7,700, in conjunction with the Bio -solids Modification Project for
Geotechnical (soil boring) services, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed
to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo.
