RESOLUTION NO. 2019-197
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH I & S GROUP, INC. OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, 1N AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $3,000, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE SPRINKLER SPECIFICATIONS
FOR THE CITY OF WATERLOO PUBLIC MARKET
BUILDING, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement with I & S Group, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount
not to exceed $3,000, in conjunction with the Sprinkler Specifications for the City of Waterloo
Public Market Building, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute
said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of April 2019.
