NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
AND NOTICE TO BIDDERS
FOR THE TAKING OF BIDS FOR THE
PURCHASE OF (1) 2019 TRAILER
MOUNTED TANK
FOR THE CITY OF WATERLOO
Sealed bids must be received by the City
Clerk of the City of Waterloo at City Hall,
715 Mulberry Street, Waterloo, Iowa,
50703, no later than Thursday, April 11,
2019 at 1:00 p.m., at which time bids will
be opened in the First Floor Conference
Room at City Hall.
Notice is hereby given that the Council of
the City of Waterloo will conduct a public
hearing on the proposed specifications,
bid document, etc. for the Purchase of (1)
2019 Trailer Mounted Tank on April 15,
2p19 at 5:30 p.m., in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers in City Hall in the City
of Waterloo, lowa. The proposed bid form
is on file • in the offices of the Public Works
Department for public examination. A bid
document may be obtained at the Public
Works Department, 625 Glenwood Street,
Waterloo, Iowa, 50703.
Anyone who is interested may appear at
said time and place and be heard or may
file written objectionwith the City Clerk,
City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, before the date
set for said hearing
