NOTICE TO BIDDERS
ON SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT,
ETC.
IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
PURCHASE OF SIX (6) 2020 FORD
POLICE INTERCEPTOR
UTILITY AWD VEHICLES
(PURSUIT CERTIFIED)
FOR THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
Sealed bids must be received by the City
Clerk of the City of Waterloo at City Hall,
715 Mulberry Street, Waterloo, Iowa,
50703, no later than Thursday, April 4,
2019 at 1:00 p.m., at which time bids wit
be opened in the First Floor Conference
Room at. City Hall.
Notice is hereby given that the Council of
the City of Waterloo will conduct a public
hearing on the proposed specifications,
bid document, etc. for the Purchase of (6)
2020 Ford Police Interceptor Utility AWD
vehicles (pursuit certified), on April 8,
2019 at 5:30 in the Harold E Getty
Council Chambers in City Hall in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa. The proposed specifi-
cations, bid document, etc. for said bid
heretofore prepared by the Public Works
Manager of the City of Waterloo are now
on file in the office of the City Clerk for
public examination,
Anyone who is interested may appear at
said time and place and be heard or may
file written objection with the City Clerk,
City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, before the date
set for said hearing.

legal rate of said newspaper, and that the following is
a correct bill for publishing said notice.
