NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON
SITE PLAN AMENDMENT
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on the 25th
day of March, 2019, at 5:30 p.m. in the
Council Chambers in the City Hall in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, a public hearing
will be held by the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, to approve the request by
A -Line ALO, LLC of Waterloo, Iowa, for a
site plan amendment to the "M -2,P"
Planned Industrial District to allow for the
construction of a 12,800 square loot
airport hangar, located southwest of 2814
Betsworth Drive, legally described as
follows:
