Sealed bids must be received by the City
Clerk of the City of Waterloo at City Hall,
715 Mulberry Street, Waterloo, Iowa
50703 no later than Thursday, March 14,
2019 at 1:00 p.m., at which time bids will
be opened in the First Floor Conference
Room at City Hall, in conjunction with the
demolition services at 1100 Grant Ave-
nue, 800 W. 2nd Street, 1131 Bertch
Street, 614 W. 7th Street, 623 W. 2nd
Street, 3126 Franklin Street, 706 W. Park
Avenue, 322 Crescent Place, 328 Cres-
cent Place.
Notice is hereby given that the Council of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa will conduct a
public hearing on the request to approve
preliminary plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. for, demolition services at
1100 Grant Avenue, 800 W. 2nd Street,
1131 Bertch Street, 614 W. 7th Street,
623 W. 2nd Street, 3126 Franklin Street,
706 W. Park Avenue, 322 Crescent
Place, 326 Crescent. Place, at 5:30 p.m.
on March 18, 2019, in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers in the City Hall in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa. The proposed
request for proposal document, plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. is on_
file in the Planning & Zoning office for
public examination. A request for propos-
al document, plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. may be obtained from the
Planning and Zoning Office, 715 Mulberry
Street, Waterloo, Iowa, 50703.
Anyone who is interested may appear at
said time and place and be heard or may
file written objection with the City Clerk,
City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, before the date
set for said hearing.
