RESOLUTION NO. 2019-203
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., SETTING
DATE OF BID OPENING AS APRIL 25, 2019 AND DATE OF
PUBLIC HEARING AS MAY 6, 2019, FOR THE FY 2019
ASPHALT OVERLAY PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 964, AND
INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the FY 2019 Asphalt Overlay Program, Contract No. 964, be approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening in conjunction with the FY 2019 Asphalt Overlay
Program, Contract No. 964, be scheduled for April 25, 2019 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo,
Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 6th day of May, 2019,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon the FY 2019 Asphalt Overlay Program, Contract
No. 964.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing and bid opening in the Waterloo Courier.
