RESOLUTION NO. 2019-207
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2019 RIGHT OF WAY MOWING
CONTRACT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2019-206, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. for
the 2019 Right of Way Mowing Contract, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and
adopted by this Council after a public hearing as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said proposal proceed in accordance with said specifications.
