RESOLUTION NO. 2019-212
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF SIX (6) POLICE
UTILITY VEHICLES FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Public Works Director of said city to prepare and file specifications, bid documents, etc., in
conjunction with the purchase of six (6) Police Utility Vehicles for the Police Department, and
WHEREAS, said Public Work Director did file said specifications, bid documents, etc.,
in conjunction with the purchase of six (6) Police Utility Vehicles for the Police Department, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 8, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said specifications, bid documents, etc., in conjunction with the purchase of
six (6) Police Utility Vehicles for the Police Department, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8t' day of April 2019.
