RESOLUTION NO. 2019-213
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
PURCHASE OF SIX (6) POLICE UTILITY VEHICLES FOR
THE POLICE DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution 2019-212, specifications, bid documents, etc., in conjunction
with the purchase of six (6) Police Utility Vehicles for the Police Department, have been
approved and adopted by this Council after a public hearing as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said program proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of April 2019.
