RESOLUTION NO. 2019-214
RESOLUTION AWARDING BID TO STIVERS FORD OF
WAUKEE, IA IN THE AMOUNT OF $35,088 EACH, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF SIX (6) POLICE
UTILITY VEHICLES FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the bid of Stivers Ford, Waukee, Iowa, in the amount of $35,088 each, for the purchase of six (6)
police utility vehicles for the police department, as described in the specifications adopted by this
council for said purchase with Resolution No. 2019-212, after public hearing on April 8, 2019,
on published notice required by law, is hereby accepted and awarded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of April 2019.
