RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE ASBESTOS ABATEMENT
SERVICES AT 1420 COMMERCIAL STREET, 1422
COMMERCIAL STREET, 1426 COMMERCIAL STREET, 1430
COMMERCIAL STREET, 1211 SYCAMORE STREET, 328 W.
14TH STREET, 419 LANE STREET, 536 DAWSON STREET.
WHEREAS, by Resolution 2019-215, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. for the
asbestos abatement services at 1420 Commercial Street, 1422 Commercial Street, 1426
Commercial Street, 1430 Commercial Street, 1211 Sycamore Street, 328 W. 14th Street, 419
Lane Street, 536 Dawson Street, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted
by this Council after a public hearing as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said purchase proceed in accordance with said specifications.
