RESOLUTION NO. 2019-219
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH DEMOLITION SERVICES FOR 1420,
1422, 1426, 1430 COMMERCIAL STREET, 1211 SYCAMORE
STREET, 328 W. 14TH STREET, 536 DAWSON STREET AND
419 LANE STREET.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2019-218, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. for
Demolition services for 1420, 1422, 1426, 1430 Commercial Street, 1211 Sycamore Street, 328
W. 14th Street, 536 Dawson Street and 419 Lane Street, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been
approved and adopted by this Council after a public hearing as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said proposal proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of April 2019.
