RESOLUTION NO. 2019-221
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH DEMOLITION SERVICES FOR 100
GRANT AVENUE, 800 W. 2ND STREET, 1131 BERTCH
STREET, 614 W. 7TH STREET, 623 W. 2ND STREET, 3126
FRANKLIN STREET, 706 W. PARK AVENUE, 322 AND 326
CRESCENT PLACE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Community Planning and Development Director of said city to prepare and file plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. in conjunction with demolition services for 100 Grant
Avenue, 800 W. 2nd Street, 1131 Bertch Street, 614 W. 7th Street, 623 W. 2nd Street, 3126
Franklin Street, 706 W. Park Avenue, 322 and 326 Crescent Place, and
WHEREAS, said Community Planning and Development Director did file said plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. in conjunction with demolition services for 100 Grant
Avenue, 800 W. 2nd Street, 1131 Bertch Street, 614 W. 7th Street, 623 W. 2nd Street, 3126
Franklin Street, 706 W. Park Avenue, 322 and 326 Crescent Place, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 8, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction demolition
services for 100 Grant Avenue, 800 W. 2nd Street, 1131 Bertch Street, 614 W. 7th Street, 623
W. 2nd Street, 3126 Franklin Street, 706 W. Park Avenue, 322 and 326 Crescent Place, are
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of April 2019.
