RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH DEMOLITION SERVICES FOR 100
GRANT AVENUE, 800 W. 2ND STREET, 1131 BERTCH
STREET, 614 W. 7TH STREET, 623 W. 2ND STREET, 3126
FRANKLIN STREET, 706 W. PARK AVENUE, 322 AND 326
CRESCENT PLACE.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2019-221, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. for
Demolition services for 100 Grant Avenue, 800 W. 2nd Street, 1131 Bertch Street, 614 W. 7th
Street, 623 W. 2nd Street, 3126 Franklin Street, 706 W. Park Avenue, 322 and 326 Crescent
Place, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after a
public hearing as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said proposal proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of April 2019.
